Delivery

What are your delivery charges?
We offer Singapore islandwide delivery at a flat rate of $18.

What are your delivery day and time?

We deliver daily. Our delivery time are from 2pm to 7pm.

Why am I being charged for re-delivery?
Please ensure that your recipient is available at the delivery location during the stated delivery time to receive the order. In the event that your recipient is unable to receive it, the courier will call the recipient to seek further instructions.

If the recipient cannot be reached within 10 minutes of the courier’s arrival, the product will be delivered back to our shop and a re-delivery fee will be charged to the sender.

 

Products & Orders

What payment modes do you accept?
Payments can be made with Visa, Mastercard, American Express credit card or local debit cards.

Will the flowers vary according to season?
Yes, all flowers handpicked are seasonal and procured fresh for every order.

How do I care for flowers?
For bouquets, we recommend to unwrap and place flowers in a vessel with clean tap water. Place it in a cool location away from direct sunlight and if possible, give the stems a fresh trim of 1cm at a 45 degree angle and replace water daily.

Subscriptions 

How does subscription work?
We offer our subscriptions in quantities of 4, 8 or 12. Purchasing more entitles you to more savings per delivery. You may select the week you would like them to be delivered on, and delivery fees are included. We delivery either on Saturday or Sunday.
